Yes. The stylist you meet at your first fitting stays with you through to your wedding day, and works directly with our in-house tailors to make sure everything discussed at your first appointment carries through to the finished garment.

Yes — bridal consultations are by appointment. A $100 deposit is payable when you book your initial wedding consultation, and is deducted from your total alterations bill once you go ahead.

Bring the shoes you'll wear on the day so we can get hems exact. For dress alterations, wear the undergarments you're planning to wear for accurate bust sizing. For suit alterations, bring your tie or bowtie and we'll show you how to tie it perfectly. And don't worry if you forget tissues — we always have them on hand.

The average wedding dress alteration is $800, but every garment is different, so we prepare each quote individually after your first fitting. As a guide: beaded and lace dresses (take in and shorten) run from $600–$1,500, silk gowns from $200–$1,000, and suit tapering and hemming from $150.

Avoid buying a dress or suit that's too small as motivation — it's easy for us to take a garment in, but we can't make it larger. Come and see us once you're close to your goal weight and we'll build a fitting plan around it, with at least two fittings to make adjustments along the way.
