Most dry cleaning is volume work. Ours isn't. Every garment that arrives at our Brisbane CBD studio is inspected, tagged and treated as an individual piece.

Inspection
Every garment is examined under daylight bulbs for stains, damage and care-label specifics. Issues are flagged before cleaning — never discovered after.
Pre-treatment
Stains are addressed individually. We use solvent-based and water-based treatments depending on fibre, dye and damage — never the same approach twice.
Cleaning
Garments cleaned in dedicated batches by fabric type. Delicate and beaded pieces hand-finished. No mixed loads. No shortcuts.
Hand-press & finish
Pressed by our in-house team, the same artisans who finish our bespoke suits and bridal gowns. Hangers, covers and buttons checked before release.
Final review
A second set of eyes inspects every piece. If it doesn't pass, it goes back. You collect only when it's right — that's the guarantee.
