For every client alterations order, and for every custom tailored item ordered, we will plant a tree to increase forest cover. This contribution is our way of offsetting the fashion industry’s impact on the environment. 

This project aims to collaborate with remote tribal communities to enable them to create, own and manage their own productive forest resources. Your contributions will help acres of common and privately-owned land to be covered with plantations with fruit, fodder and fuel bearing species under the ownership of respective communities. The project is focused on sustaining the local natural resources by improving livelihoods through effective management of natural resources in the respective hamlets. These plantations along with land development works will help in Soil and Water conservation in the region.

here Legal Service Queensland (WLSQ) is our primary charity partner. They provide legal support for women in the areas of family law, child support, child protection, domestic violence and sexual assault.

Unfortunately they are unable to answer every call for help that comes through their hotline, and in some cases the women calling only have one chance to call. That’s why we support WLSQ, because the funds help with the immediate practical needs of women in domestic violence situations… and every dollar is desperately needed.

We’ve raised funds through donations, by volunteering at their events and by participating in Dancing CEOs. Clare’s performance in front of 1000 people helped raise almost $23,000 (check out her dance moves here).

We’re currently donating funds from our face masks to WLSQ. Sadly domestic violence levels have increased due to the effects of COVID-19 (including financial stress and isolation). Your support counts more than ever – see our face masks here.

Lindsay is our newest team member with an impressive background in the fashion industry, where she has excelled as a fashion stylist and skilled costume maker in the arts. Lindsay has also made a mark in the cruise industry, and has been contracted as a costume maker for esteemed institutions like Brisbane’s Opera Qld. Additionally, Lindsay has showcased her creative talent by designing and crafting costumes for renowned Drag Queens and Burlesque Dancers in Australia. Now, Lindsay is eagerly stepping into the corporate tailoring world, bringing her unique artistic flair and theatrical expertise to create exceptional results.
